The Torções exhibition was the result of the first Mucane art occupation bidding, in 2015. There were thirty illustrations done by Luciano Feijão. The starting point for the pieces was a 18th century account found in a Cachoeiro de Itapemirim newspaper, which as in many others, reported the physiognomy of a fugitive slave who called himself free.
